What you'll do

Lead the development of product line roadmaps for PCIe Switches and Storage Controllers.
Establish product concepts and complete system specifications for AI Data Innovation Pipeline.
Engage with customers, OEMs, ODMs, and hyper-scalers at executive levels for technical discussions.
Provide technical support to business and marketing teams during product development phases.
Influence industry standards and work on the evolution of platform stack components.
Oversee full product lifecycle from concept through deployment and support for PCIe products.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of management experience leading senior architects and engineers.
Extensive background in AI XPU, GPU server, and standard server system architectures.
Proven ability to develop product roadmaps and specifications for PCIe switches and storage controllers.
Strong technical expertise in software (Linux, Windows, VMware), PCIe switching, and complex topologies.
Experience engaging with customers and industry partners at executive levels for strategic discussions.
Knowledge of security algorithms, authentication, encryption, memory technology, and integrated telemetry.
