What you'll do

• Develop and deploy Generative AI, natural language processing, and machine learning models.
• Design and produce scalable AI/ML system architectures for production use.
• Build data pipelines specifically for fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Solve high-impact data problems to deliver tangible business results through ML products.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of training, evaluating, testing, and deploying models at scale.
• Design ETL processes using disparate data sources and various orchestration tools.
• Optimize machine learning performance in parallel environments such as distributed clusters and GPUs.

What we're looking for

• Mastery in building data products using generative AI, RLHF, and fine-tuning LLMs.
• End-to-end experience training, evaluating, testing, and deploying machine learning products at scale.
• Experience designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes from disparate sources.
• Proficiency in Python and shell scripting.
• Experience with vector databases, DBT, BigQuery, BigTable, or equivalent technologies.
• Proficiency with orchestration tools and running machine learning in parallel environments like distributed clusters.
• Ability to optimize for GPU performance in machine learning workloads.
