What you'll do

Develop and ship production-quality generative AI features for health and wellbeing applications.

Build evaluation frameworks including automated assessment tools, LLM-based autograders, and benchmarks.
Analyze algorithm behavior to identify failure modes and drive improvements through data-driven experimentation.
Write clean, performant code using Python and AI-assisted tooling while maintaining software best practices.
Collaborate with clinical experts, designers, and hardware teams to bring features into production.

What we're looking for

BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Ability to write clean, performant code in Python using AI-assisted tooling while maintaining software development best practices like Git.
Technical expertise and hands-on experience building and evaluating machine learning solutions for user-facing applications.
Comfort building functional prototypes or proof-of-concept demos to test ideas quickly.
MS or PhD in computer science, machine learning, health informatics, biomedical engineering, or a related quantitative field (preferred).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders (preferred).
Technical expertise in generative AI domains, including LLM architectures, knowledge retrieval, and natural language understanding (preferred).
Deep expertise with LLM-based evaluation systems and evidence-based approaches to test development and quality measurement (preferred).
