What you'll do

Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable application systems for the Prime Sequel Platform.
Conduct feasibility studies to analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions for business processes.
Manage all phases of the software development lifecycle from initial analysis through testing and implementation.
Provide technical support and advanced programming insights to business users and other technology groups.
Translate complex business requirements into well-architected technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
Mentor and coach junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Proactively assess and manage technical risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5-8 years of progressive experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
Strong proficiency in Java application technologies including Spring framework and Microservices architecture.
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Solid understanding and experience with SQL.
Proficiency in Linux environments and experience with job scheduling.
Working knowledge of project management techniques and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
