What you'll do

Lead development support activities for RKS application, resolving production issues.
Analyze and debug complex issues across environments, performing root cause analysis.
Conduct code analysis and enhancement of legacy modules, owning issue resolution end-to-end.
Translate technical findings into clear business-oriented explanations for stakeholders.
Coordinate with offshore team members, guiding junior resources in issue resolution.
Collaborate with senior developers to validate code logic and ensure solution accuracy.
Act as primary coordination point across Development, Client Support, and related teams.

What we're looking for

5-10 years of C++ development experience in a Windows/Visual Studio environment.
Deep expertise in Oracle databases and SQL, including PL/SQL.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues end-to-end.
Strong hands-on experience working with large, complex legacy codebases.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on technical challenges.
Effective communication skills for translating technical findings into business terms.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
