Senior Product Manager, Uber Parcel

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end shipper experience for onboarding, quoting, booking, and tracking shipments.
• Build tools for shipment planning, exception handling, visibility, and reporting.
• Translate enterprise customer workflows into scalable product solutions through direct partnership.
• Drive integrations to reduce manual work and create seamless logistics experiences.
• Define the shipper platform roadmap by balancing customer needs with operational efficiency.
• Establish success metrics and use experimentation to improve adoption and retention.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and operations to deliver products.
• Shape the product vision, development practices, and culture as a founding product leader.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4+ years of product experience delivering successful and innovative products.
• Ability to architect long-term logistics strategy while managing micro-level execution and delivery reliability issues.
• Ability to extract data and translate it into insightful stories to drive decision-making.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Experience building products from 0-1 (preferred).
• Strong marketplace or logistics experience (preferred).
• Strong analytical and experimentation background (preferred).
• Experience owning and leading strategy for a line of business (preferred).
