Appian Technical Delivery Manager

What you'll do

• Manage Appian low-code development projects from initial design through to production.
• Translate client IT needs into architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.
• Develop creative low-code solutions to automate workflows and accelerate cloud modernization.
• Lead agile development teams to deliver software applications and improve digital environments.
• Identify new techniques to reduce system maintenance and development costs.
• Acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
• Use automated testing tools to perform software testing and maintenance.
• Mentor and supervise employees within a collaborative team environment.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods.
• 8+ years of experience using Appian low-code/no-code platforms to develop applications.
• 3+ years of experience managing Appian development projects from design to production.
• 3+ years of experience in IT project management and leading agile development teams.
• Experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
• Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization.
• Experience mentoring or supervising employees within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products (preferred).
• Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL (preferred).
• Secret clearance (preferred).
• Master’s degree (preferred).
