Analytics Engineer, Sentry

What you'll do

• Design and maintain data pipelines to ingest, transform, and model data from various sources.
• Develop dashboards and analytics tools to provide visibility into deployment tracking and fleet performance.
• Own the full lifecycle of analytics products, including defining requirements and iterating based on feedback.
• Perform quantitative analyses to identify bottlenecks and optimize operational processes for efficiency.
• Enhance fleet management by using data to understand and improve sustainment operations for growing fleets.
• Document data definitions and methodologies to ensure clarity and promote self-service capabilities across teams.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience in analytics-focused roles.
• Degree in quantitative or analytical field, such as Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Operations Research, Computer Science.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end technical solutions independently.
• Strong communication skills to translate business problems into data solutions effectively.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, supply chain, and operations teams.
• Bias for action and ability to thrive in complex, rapidly evolving operational environments.
