Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering with proficiency in SQL, dbt, Airflow, and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.

What you'll do

  • Own the design and maintenance of data models and pipelines for CX operations and compliance.
  • Translate business needs from CX Operations, Compliance, and Product teams into data requirements.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into performance and trends.
  • Drive data quality by implementing testing, monitoring, and documentation standards.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring workflows and shift towards scalable self-serve solutions.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering or related field.
  • Proficient in SQL and modern data stack tools like dbt, Airflow, Snowflake.
  • Expertise in data modeling concepts and building trusted data products.
  • Experience with BI/visualization tools for dashboard creation.
  • Track record of translating business needs into technical solutions.
