Join our Operations Analytics team as a Full Stack Analyst II, where you will leverage AI and data to shape servicing strategies across various contact channels. Your daily tasks include planning for UK and new geography launches, building forecasting models using time series, regression, and machine learning techniques, and advising on agent productivity. You’ll work with SQL, Python or R, and modern cloud-native platforms like Databricks or Snowflake, while also integrating AI/LLM tools into your workflow. Ideal candidates have a quantitative background and 5+ years of experience in forecasting and planning, along with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
Build and maintain forecasting models using time series, regression, and machine learning.
Develop supporting metrics and diagnostics for planning and forecasting problems.
Present recommendations to leadership and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.
Curate AI knowledge and advise on agent productivity in Customer Operations.
Own demand forecasts for checkouts and app opens across multiple geographies.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a quantitative field with 5+ years of forecasting experience.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python/R, and hands-on experience with cloud-native data platforms.
Experience using AI/LLM tooling across the analytics workflow for model validation and stakeholder communication.
Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and select appropriate analytical approaches.
Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
