As an Analyst - Cloud Identity, you will join the Senior Manager of Cloud Identity’s team at a leading global restaurant company to drive secure and scalable enterprise cloud identity capabilities across multi-cloud and SaaS environments. Your daily tasks include operational support for IAM activities such as user provisioning, deprovisioning, authentication, authorization, and access reviews on platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform analysis, and execute approved identity solutions while adhering to security and engineering standards. Additionally, you will monitor cloud identity services using dashboards and alerting tools, participate in reliability initiatives, and support enterprise-wide digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in IAM or cloud security engineering with expertise in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, and CI/CD practices.

What you'll do
Provide operational support for Cloud Identity, including IAM activities.

What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in cloud security engineering or IAM.
Deep understanding of cloud identity concepts, including workforce and application identities.
Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols like OAuth 2.0, SAML, and SCIM.
Experience designing and operating enterprise identity platforms such as Azure AD or Okta.
Proficiency with modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD and automation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
