Analyst, CEO Office

What you'll do

• Own and prioritize the CEO’s calendar for high-leverage activities.
• Prepare and review leadership prep packets and executive materials.
• Serve as key point of contact for internal and external meeting communications.
• Manage scheduling, sequencing, and execution for the CEO's commitments.
• Coordinate and support VIP visits and key external engagements.
• Plan and execute seamless domestic and international travel logistics.

What we're looking for

• 1-4 years of experience in high-responsibility roles like operations, banking, or executive support.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
• High ownership, sound judgment, and maturity when handling sensitive information and ambiguous situations.
• Completed undergraduate degree and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
