What you'll do

Design and optimize analog/mixed-signal circuit layouts for high-performance ICs.
Implement layout techniques to meet performance, power, and area goals.
Perform detailed routing and placement of transistors and interconnects.
Create and maintain physical design rules and guidelines documentation.
Collaborate on DRC/LVS checks to ensure layout integrity and compliance.

What we're looking for

3+ years of professional experience in analog layout design.
Proficiency in using Cadence Innovus and other EDA tools.
Experience with CAD automation and scripting for layout tasks.
Strong background in creating parameterized cells (PCells).
Minimum MSEE or equivalent degree; Ph.D. preferred.
