What you'll do

  • Design and optimize analog/mixed-signal circuit layouts for high-performance ICs.
  • Implement layout techniques to meet performance, power, and area goals.
  • Perform detailed routing and placement of transistors and interconnects.
  • Create and maintain physical design rules and guidelines documentation.
  • Collaborate on DRC/LVS checks to ensure layout integrity and compliance.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of professional experience in analog layout design.
  • Proficiency in using Cadence Innovus and other EDA tools.
  • Experience with CAD automation and scripting for layout tasks.
  • Strong background in creating parameterized cells (PCells).
  • Minimum MSEE or equivalent degree; Ph.D. preferred.
