As an Analog Design Engineer, you will join a cross-functional team responsible for designing complex undersea communication systems. Your daily responsibilities include circuit design, simulation, prototyping, and collaborating with various technology teams to ensure the performance and reliability of these underwater systems. You will lead designs, guide junior engineers, conduct design reviews, and drive innovation regarding design architectures, assembly, and component selection. The role requires expertise in electrical engineering computer-aided design (CAD) tools, mixed signal circuit analysis, and research and development experience. You will also perform testing, troubleshooting, and the analysis of circuit card schematics. This position focuses on solving technical challenges within the domain of undersea communication systems while navigating high voltage electronic systems and components to provide practical solutions for national security requirements.
Design, develop, and test analog and high-voltage electronic systems and components.
Lead the design of complex undersea communication systems.
Perform circuit design, simulation, and prototyping for hardware projects.
Conduct research and development to stay ahead of emerging technology trends.
Analyze circuit card schematics and perform troubleshooting and testing.

What we're looking for
U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and at least 3 years of experience.
Experience with design, development, and testing of analog and High Voltage electronic systems and components (preferred).
Expert level understanding of electrical engineering CAD tools and mixed signal circuit analysis/design (preferred).
R&D experience and advanced proficiency in test, troubleshooting, and analyzing circuit card schematics (preferred).
Demonstrated success leading design teams for complex projects and strong communication skills (preferred).
