What you'll do

Design, develop, and test analog and High Voltage electronic systems and components.
Lead design reviews and ensure the performance and reliability of undersea systems.
Perform circuit design, simulation, and prototyping for complex undersea communication systems.
Analyze circuit card schematics and perform troubleshooting and testing.
Drive innovation regarding design architectures, assembly, and component selection.
Conduct Research & Development to stay ahead of technology trends.
Guide junior engineers and lead design teams for complex projects.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience with design, development, and testing of analog and High Voltage electronic systems and components (preferred).
Expert level understanding of electrical engineering CAD tools and mixed signal circuit analysis/design (preferred).
R&D experience and advanced proficiency in test, troubleshooting, and analyzing circuit card schematics (preferred).
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with success leading design teams for complex projects (preferred).
