What you'll do

What we're looking for
Extensive experience in architecture-aware AI model system performance optimization on Windows PC/Laptop.
Deep knowledge of GPU/NPU programming and parallel computing with proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Strong background in end-to-end system performance analysis using profiling tools for algorithmic modification methods.
Experience with large language models/foundational models development and deployment.
Familiarity with software development methodologies, version control systems, and agile project management practices.
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
15+ years experience in High Performance Computing System Engineering or Software, including AI system optimization.
