AI/ML Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Identify opportunities for new AI/ML solutions to enhance business processes and team efficiency.
• Train machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Prototype and develop new Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions to streamline operations.
• Enhance existing model solutions as technology and business requirements evolve.
• Use statistical methods to provide guidance on business problems and create ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Build statistical models to identify and depict company-wide trends.
• Perform testing and validation of data sets to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate findings and results to leadership, customers, and stakeholders through effective storytelling.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming and frameworks including Python, R, Java, PySpark, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, and SQL.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts such as LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, Deep Learning, NLP, and various ensemble methods.
• Expertise in data engineering tools like Databricks, Hadoop, and building data pipelines.
• Experience with MLOps tools including MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and version control systems like GitHub.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using Tableau, PowerBI, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions to customers that drive measurable value.
