As an AI/Data Solutions Engineer TS/SCI (FSP), you will join a team focused on transforming raw, fragmented, and incomplete data into actionable insights within a mission-driven environment. You will manage the full lifecycle of data work, including gathering, shaping, and processing information to build reliable models that support critical decision-making in secure, constrained settings. Your daily responsibilities include developing data pipelines, integrating internal and external models into working systems, and mentoring junior engineers through code reviews and collaborative sessions. To succeed, you must be proficient in Python and SQL while demonstrating experience with complex datasets such as imagery, video, or sensor data. You will solve technical problems involving real-time streaming data and system integrations to ensure outputs are durable for operational use rather than just controlled environments.

Develop and apply analytical models to identify meaningful patterns and signals within complex datasets.
Build and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure consistent and repeatable processing across various systems.
Integrate internal and external models into working systems while adjusting them based on changing conditions.
Manage the full data lifecycle, including acquisition, shaping, and delivery of results in secure environments.
Mentor junior engineers by providing code reviews, technical guidance, and clear task breakdowns.

What we're looking for
Must be a US citizen.
Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
5 or more years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied data roles.
Strong proficiency in Python and working knowledge of SQL.
Experience building data pipelines and processing workflows for large or complex datasets.
Experience developing models and analytical methods to extract patterns from incomplete or noisy data.
Experience working in secure environments, including IC/DoD mission-driven or air-gapped settings (preferred); experience with imagery, computer vision, or real-time streaming data (preferred).
