AI Security Engineer, Red Team

What you'll do

• Scope and lead focused security reviews on internet-scale AI deployments, agents, and supporting infrastructure.
• Identify obscure and complex business logic risks within AI integrations and architectures.
• Develop proof of concept systems to automate vulnerability discovery and security recommendations.
• Create repeatable testing frameworks and metrics-driven security improvements for AI platforms.
• Validate and design detection mechanisms to reinforce security processes and identify undetected risks.
• Provide actionable recommendations to engineering teams to enhance the overall security posture.
• Use AI tools to expedite security workflows while maintaining accountability for all outcomes.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in an information security field or software engineering.
• 2+ years of experience conducting security reviews.
• 1+ year of experience reviewing AI deployments such as MCPs and Agents.
• 2+ years of experience manually reviewing source code to find vulnerabilities.
• Experience building or contributing to AI tools or AI security tools.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure, cloud, and application security.
• Experience communicating risk to engineering and leadership teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field (preferred).
