What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's in computer science with 5 years of experience, Master's with 3 years, or PhD is required.
Experience with LLM pre-training and post-training within an industry or academic research lab is required.
Minimum of 3 publications within top AI venues such as ACL, EMNLP, ICLR, ICML, NAACL, or NeurIPS are required.
Experience working with Machine Learning Models (MLMs) and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face is required.
Prior experience driving research projects within an industry or university research lab is required.
Interest in combining representation learning and problem-specific properties (preferred).
Experience in building, fine-tuning foundation models including LLMs, multi-modal models, or domain-specific models (preferred).
Ability to maintain cutting-edge knowledge in generative AI and apply it to emerging business problems (preferred).
