Your daily tasks include building cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and serverless architectures, while also creating abstraction layers for AI platforms like Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI. You will need at least three years of experience in cloud-native systems, agentic solution deployment, AI platform integration, Python or Java programming, and production deployments with CI/CD pipelines. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in Columbus, OH, with potential travel up to 75% based on client needs.
Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents for complex workflows.
Develop abstraction layers for seamless integration of multiple AI platforms.
Leverage cloud-native technologies to deliver scalable AI systems.
Tailor agentic applications across various industry verticals for intelligent automation.
Conduct client workshops and proof-of-concept sessions to foster trust and adoption.
Define and use key metrics to measure the performance and cost-effectiveness of AI agents.
Craft reusable patterns and documentation to influence internal assets and client roadmaps.
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience with cloud-native systems and APIs.
At least 1 year of expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
Proficiency in AI platforms like OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, and building abstraction layers for multi-provider pipelines.
Strong programming skills in Python or Java, including evaluation tooling and observability.
Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging in production environments.
Ability to lead technical workshops and communicate effectively with clients under ambiguity.
