AI & Innovation Lead, Operations - Adyen

What you'll do

• Set the AI and innovation direction for Operations to enhance customer experience, productivity, quality, and scalability.
• Identify and prioritize high-value use cases based on business value, feasibility, and readiness.
• Lead a central Ops innovation model with structure and foundations for domain-led re-engineering success.
• Build credibility for AI in Ops through clear thinking, practical examples, and risk assessment.
• Track progress and outcomes to ensure focus on meaningful results rather than activity.
