As an experienced AI Full Stack Engineer, you will join a dynamic team focused on integrating advanced AI capabilities into both development workflows and production systems. This role requires a strong foundation in full-stack software engineering, proficiency in AI-assisted development practices, and the ability to critically evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs for production-grade systems.

What you'll do

Design and build Custom AI Agents for task automation, decision support, and guided execution.
Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable structured context sharing between models and tools.
Integrate applications with external and internal AI services via well-designed APIs for critical systems.
Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development processes like code generation and test creation.
Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to translate business needs into scalable software solutions.
Ensure reliability, resiliency, and security of AI components in 24x7 production environments.

What we're looking for

Proven experience building and operating production-grade backend or full-stack systems.
Strong foundation in full stack software engineering, including API design and data persistence.
Experience working in cloud-native environments with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based platforms.
Solid understanding of AI-native skills like prompt engineering and Vibe Coding.
Ability to integrate systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP) or equivalent interfaces.
Track record of owning software end-to-end, from design through lifecycle support.
