What you'll do

Design and build Custom AI Agents for task automation, decision support, and guided execution.
Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable structured context sharing between models and tools.
Integrate applications with external and internal AI services via well-designed APIs for critical systems.
Accelerate development using AI-assisted tools for code generation, refactoring, test creation, and documentation.
Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to translate business needs into scalable software solutions.
Ensure reliability, resiliency, latency, performance, security, and observability in AI components.

What we're looking for

Proven experience building and operating production-grade backend or full-stack systems.
Strong foundation in full stack software engineering, including API design and data persistence.
Experience working in cloud-native environments with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based platforms.
Solid understanding of AI-native skills like prompt engineering, vibe coding, and context window management.
Ability to integrate systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP) or equivalent interfaces.
Track record of owning software end-to-end from design through lifecycle support.
