JOB TITLE: AI Foundations - Research Software Engineer As a Software Developer: Generalist within IBM Research, you will join a team focused on high-performance computing, AI, and quantum technologies. What you'll do

Design, code, and test innovative component-level software solutions.
Ensure all implemented software solutions are unit tested and ready for product integration.

Deliver software offerings using leading-edge and proven technologies to meet stakeholder requirements.

What we're looking for

Experience with back-end development technologies to design, develop, test, and deliver offerings.
Experience designing, coding, and testing component-level software solutions for product integration.
Experience contributing to automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless code integration and delivery.
Experience debugging customer-reported problems and developing unit-tested code fixes.
Experience working in an Agile environment to understand stakeholder requirements and align with team goals.
Exposure to L3 support engineering practices to resolve complex customer-reported problems (preferred).
Experience with DevOps engineering principles and front-end development technologies (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree.
