AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement AI systems to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Develop scalable machine learning models using Python and TensorFlow.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to support AI model deployment.
• Integrate data from various sources to create unified views for analysis.
• Utilize natural language processing tools like NLTK for text analytics and sentiment analysis.
• Implement neural networks and deep learning methods for advanced AI applications.
• Manage data quality and infrastructure to ensure reliable AI operations.
• Build and orchestrate AI agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph to automate multi-step reasoning.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering with AI and Machine Learning is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow for AI projects (preferred).
• Experience using machine learning libraries like Scikit-Learn for data analysis (preferred).
• Certifications in data engineering, machine learning, or cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure (preferred).
• Experience with generative AI techniques including prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and fine-tuning (preferred).
• Experience building agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph to automate multi-step reasoning (preferred).
• Experience optimizing open-weight models through quantization and inference acceleration (preferred).
