What you'll do

  • Lead AI-driven automation and cognitive solution workstreams for health services clients.
  • Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery timelines across assigned engagements.
  • Guide teams in designing and developing AI and machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Review complex data analysis and Python-based code to validate model performance and data integrity.
  • Coach team members in technical problem solving, programming approaches, and applied AI implementation.
  • Translate client business needs into technical solutions by identifying automation opportunities.
  • Monitor deliverables across multiple workstreams to resolve issues and escalate risks.

What we're looking for

  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Preference for a degree in Analytics/Data Science, AI/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Engineering (preferred).
  • Certifications in data engineering, machine learning, or cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake (preferred).
  • Experience leading AI automation initiatives across client service engagements (preferred).
  • Experience managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables (preferred).
  • Experience mentoring teams in data and AI delivery methods (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Python, data analysis, and machine learning skills (preferred).
