AI-Aware Data Engineer

What you'll do

• Design efficient data models and integration patterns across Oracle and PostgreSQL environments.
• Develop and optimize C# based data services to deliver reusable data access components.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory for diverse data sources.
• Configure and enhance Microsoft SSIS packages to support complex extraction and transformation routines.
• Implement advanced PL/SQL procedures and functions to support high-volume transaction processing.
• Monitor and tune end-to-end data processes across Azure, SSIS, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
• Prepare curated, feature-ready datasets and metadata to support machine learning experiments and predictive models.
• Define validation rules and reconciliation checks to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.

What we're looking for

• 8 to experience designing and optimizing data solutions across Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Azure platforms.
• Proficiency in Oracle database engineering including schema design, performance tuning, partitioning, and PL/SQL programming.
• Advanced skills in Azure Data Factory and Microsoft SSIS for pipeline design, parameterization, and scheduling.
• Practical expertise in PostgreSQL administration and query optimization using indexes and constraints.
• Solid capability in C# for building data-centric services, API integrations, and utilities.
• Working knowledge of life and annuities insurance concepts such as policies, premiums, claims, and reserves.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills for documentation and collaboration.
