AI Security Engineer - Red Team

What you'll do

• Identify and enumerate security risks in critical internet-scale applications.
• Lead focused security reviews to uncover vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities.
• Develop proof of concept systems for automating security recommendations and workflows.
• Use AI to enhance review processes while identifying undetected complex risks manually.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to establish and improve repeatable testing frameworks.
• Contribute improvement suggestions to AI tool and process development teams.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of information security or software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in security reviews.
• Extensive hands-on experience manually reviewing source code for vulnerabilities and building AI security tools.
• Deep expertise in complex business logic risks and uncommon obscure risks within services architectures.
• Strong ability to develop proof-of-concept systems for automating security recommendations and vulnerability discovery.
• Proficiency in using AI within workflows and identifying areas requiring additional manual review after initial AI assessments.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying risk to engineering and leadership teams, with experience in deep system engagements.
