AI Analytics Product Manager

What you'll do

• Lead strategy for AI agents monitoring product health and performance.
• Develop workflows to detect issues, explain metric changes, and identify actions.
• Create natural-language interfaces enabling partners to query important metrics.
• Translate monitoring needs into scalable agent workflows across products.
• Define trusted metrics and evaluation frameworks with data science teams.
• Establish guardrails for accuracy and reliability in AI-assisted decision-making.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of experience in data science and analytics with AI product development.
• Track record of building or contributing to AI-first observability and monitoring products.
• Solid understanding of benchmarks, anomaly detection, and root-cause analysis workflows.
• Proficiency with product analytics platforms, observability tools, and modern data workflows.
• Experience partnering with AI/ML teams on evaluation, grounded answer quality, and safety.
• Strong communication skills for translating user needs into clear product direction.
