What you'll do

  • Deliver end-to-end features across Python microservices and React/TypeScript frontends including database migrations and API contracts.
  • Author and maintain the agent harness to manage project instructions, reusable skills, and specialized subagents for AI productivity.
  • Extend a multi-tenant authorization system based on AWS IAM models with strict security guardrails.
  • Deploy and operate LLM inference on Kubernetes using vLLM, Helm charts, and cost accounting tools.
  • Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform modules for databases, caches, and other cloud resources.
  • Promote software releases through a multi-stage pipeline including deployment to air-gapped environments.
  • Review AI-generated code for correctness and security while updating the agent harness to prevent recurring errors.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience with full-stack development using Python web frameworks and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • 3+ years of experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and relational databases.
  • 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes.
  • 1+ years of experience with agentic engineering tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
  • Experience with Docker, Helm, Terraform, and deploying LLMs in a Kubernetes environment.
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification within 2 months of hire date.
  • Bachelor's degree.
