Strong ability to work with non-technical stakeholders for requirement definition and solution iteration
Proven track record of shipping widely used, impactful products with measurable business benefits
Experience in full-stack development from data pipelines through user interfaces
Familiarity with evaluation frameworks for assessing LLM outputs across various metrics
