The Agent Services Product Manager for Agent Builder joins the AI Agents Platform team to build a foundational developer platform for designing, building, testing, registering, deploying, monitoring, and operating AI agents at enterprise scale. This role involves owning the platform and governance services for the Agent Development Life Cycle, including Agent Cloud, Managed Agents Sandbox, the Control Tower, Gateway, Proxy, and Identity services. You will develop product strategy, maintain backlogs, and deliver capabilities like multi-hop OBO downscoping, short-lived credentials, and automatic evidence capture. Key responsibilities include embedding controls for model usage, tool invocation, and data access into developer workflows. Required skills include AI product management expertise, knowledge of LLMs, Spec Driven Development, and experience with agile software delivery life cycles in regulated environments.
Develop a product strategy and vision for the agent platform and governance services.
Own and maintain the product backlog for the Agent Development Life Cycle and related services.
Manage the Agent Control Tower to provide firmwide identity, lifecycle state, and operational controls.
Deliver identity and delegation capabilities including multi-hop OBO downscoping and scoped credentials.
Own governance as a service, including the Agent Manifest and System of Record.
Embed controls for model usage, data access, and auditability directly into developer workflows.
Build a framework to track success metrics like production conversion and governance automation rates.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to operationalize responsible AI requirements as product capabilities.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in AI product management or a relevant domain area.
Advanced knowledge of the Agent development life cycle, Spec Driven Development, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Demonstrated experience with or a working understanding of AI and agentic products, including LLMs and Harness.
Hands-on experience using LLMs and AI-powered tools to drive personal and team productivity.
Familiarity with evaluating and instrumenting AI systems to measure quality and performance for non-deterministic, agent-driven experiences.
Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation through agile product development and the software delivery life cycle.
Experience delivering platform, infrastructure, or cloud and AI services that other teams build and operate upon (preferred).
