What you'll do

What we're looking for
At least 8 years of accounting or financial operations experience
Proven ability to manage and develop teams with supervisors or senior-level staff
Strong knowledge of general ledger, bank reconciliation processes, and ICFR frameworks
Experience with enterprise reconciliation tools like ARCS and ERP systems such as PeopleSoft
Excellent analytical skills for managing large data sets and complex analysis
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and influence decision-making
Demonstrated skill in driving process development and continuous improvement initiatives
