What you'll do

  • Develop, test, and maintain highly interactive and responsive user interfaces for enterprise applications.
  • Build backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Implement server-side logic, workflows, and data pipelines to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Design and develop data, software, or technology solutions to answer scientific or business questions.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize data infrastructure including databases and data pipelines.
  • Ensure data is collected, processed, and stored efficiently and securely.
  • Integrate different data sources to create foundations for analytics and data science.

What we're looking for

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, or a related major with a relevant minor or concentration.
  • Must have a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • Must be enrolled in university the semester following the internship and graduate within one year post-internship.
  • Software/Application Engineering Track: experience with NodeJS, Vue.js, HTML, Java, JavaScript, SQL, TypeScript, APEX, or Python (preferred).
  • Software/Application Engineering Track: ability to apply generative AI to custom software solutions and a public code portfolio (preferred).
  • Data Engineering Track: strong programming experience in Java, Python, R, and SQL (preferred).
  • Data Engineering Track: experience using APIs to extract data and applying large language models or machine learning algorithms (preferred).
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher (preferred).
