Consults and leads MS Windows platform as the Windows Product Owner for a wide range of technology related issues and roadmap capabilities for internal and external customers, while adhering to standards and processes.
What You Will Do:
• Own and manage Windows platform (physical and virtual) in terms of roadmap and the OS (version upgrades, security, utilities, distribution)
• Lead Windows Modern Device Management (Intune capabilities and Administration)
• Own Single Image Build process inclusive of updates, improvements and execution
• Provide direction and standards for software packaging
• Guide and work with the managed service provider to support the Windows platform and execute the updates.
• Works closely with enterprise architects, security engineers for Logical Technical Architecture (LTA) reviews and approvals.
• Works directly on complex technical incident and problem identification and resolution
• Works independently on complex infrastructure technology components that may be used by one or more applications or systems, often serving as the Windows SME on Enterprise projects
• Deploys or integrates technology components based on requirements gathered from customers
• Demonstrate leadership through guiding conversations, overseeing operations and complying to standards and controls
• Requires on call support as needed
• Consult on client requirements and propose technology solutions and business cases; guide in evaluating, selecting and utilizing new and existing tools and techniques.
• Provide subject matter expertise and solutions on comprehensive technology issues for internal and external customers.
• Lead the design, testing and technology implementation of technical projects, while collaborating with senior IT staff.
• Ensure that the design and implementation of technologies are compliance with existing standards and processes.
What You Have:
- Windows Expertise: Deep understanding of MS Windows operating systems, including deployment, configuration, and management.
- IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Proficiency in enterprise IT infrastructure, including networking, security, and cloud services
- Innovation: Staying updated with emerging technologies and applying innovative solutions to product challenges
- Software Development: Familiarity with software development processes and tools, especially those related to Windows applications
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve product-related issues
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with teams and customers to ensure alignment with product goals.
- Degree Requirement: IT Related Degree or equivalent experience desired
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
- Knowledge of Windows Modern Device Management (Intune Capabilities and Administration).
- Understanding of physical and virtual desktop environment (Windows 365 Cloud PC)
- Knowledge of following products: Setup Builder, MS PowerShell, Browsers

- This position may require 10% travel.

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $208,770.00
