What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of data management or operations transformation in financial services
  • Deep subject matter expertise in wealth and asset management data domains
  • Proven track record delivering analytics enablement transformation programs
  • Experience translating operational work into structured requirements for teams
  • Strong technical foundation with proficiency in Alteryx, Python, SQL, Spark
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in partner roles
  • Familiarity with Data Mesh patterns and AI for Data approaches
