What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant technical field
10+ years of hardware/software engineering experience with leadership roles
Proven track record transitioning prototypes to production for customer delivery
Deep experience in complex system integration across multiple domains
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, DFM, reliability, and supply chain
Experience building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary engineering teams
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration
