What you'll do

  • Perform systems administration for enterprise VMware vSAN solutions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain VMware vSAN software and underlying storage infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Provide Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting support for complex issues in virtualized environments.
  • Manage storage capacity and rebalance resources across different clusters and data centers.
  • Maintain and monitor all patch releases for systems according to program standards.
  • Assist with configuring and deploying virtual machines and backup procedures.

What we're looking for

  • US citizenship and Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on VMware vSAN and vSphere administration experience.
  • Possession of ITIL 4 Foundation or relevant security certification (Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+, GSEC, CySA+).
  • Strong skills in Windows and/or Linux server administration and troubleshooting complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience with virtualized storage, SAN/NAS, and storage networking technologies.
  • Familiarity with backup and monitoring tools, as well as automation using PowerShell/PowerCLI.
