VPII, Head of Site Reliability Engineering

What you'll do

• Develop and communicate operational excellence roadmaps and metrics.
• Partner with teams to design products with observability, reliability, and performance.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders for organizational transformation.
• Create high-level reports and presentations on Operational Excellence.
• Build core SRE foundations and drive adoption of automation platforms.
• Integrate MELT to ensure effective detection and triaging across platforms.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in technology leadership roles with a focus on product development and operational support.
• Proven track record of developing, cultivating, and leading high-performing teams within financial services or FinTech.
• Expertise in creating strategies that articulate an Operational Excellence vision and drive organizational transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at executive levels, including presenting business cases and securing funding.
• Strong experience in SRE transformation, observability, automation, and driving adoption of these practices across teams.
• Flexibility and proven success in managing organizational change and working in cross-functional environments.
• Expertise in influencing and driving change across the organization without direct authority.
