The Architecture Manager will shape platform engineering strategies, advance AI/ML capabilities responsibly, and contribute to the evolution of LPL’s broader Enterprise Architecture discipline, working with senior business leaders to translate priorities into architectural solutions that drive innovation and growth in a highly regulated fintech environment.

What you'll do

  • Build and lead a team of solution architects to deliver modern, scalable platform and domain architectures.
  • Drive architectural strategy for cloud adoption, hybrid integration, event-driven systems, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Define and govern domain-driven architecture principles, including bounded contexts and integration patterns.
  • Establish platform engineering capabilities such as CI/CD, observability, API management, and self-service tooling.
  • Guide the development of AI/ML architecture patterns, model lifecycle management, MLOps frameworks, and responsible AI governance.

What we're looking for

  • At least 10 years of experience leading architecture functions in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to define and execute platform and domain architecture strategies, including governance mechanisms.
  • Extensive experience with cloud-native architectures, DevSecOps practices, microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
  • Strong background in applying domain-driven design principles across complex business domains.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
  • Expertise in guiding the development of AI/ML architecture patterns and responsible AI frameworks.
