VP, Enterprise Data Services

What you'll do

• Lead the Data Product Implementation Office to set vision and strategy for data product implementation.
• Develop and maintain a data product roadmap aligned with organizational strategic goals.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Oversee data quality initiatives to enhance accuracy and reliability of decision-making data.
• Provide strategic oversight for the Data Science team, ensuring alignment with privacy and regulatory standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in data and analytics with proven success translating insights into business strategies.
• Strong leadership skills to manage a team of data professionals and oversee data literacy programs.
• In-depth knowledge of data governance, quality, management best practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading the implementation of data products, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and impact.
• Expertise in data analytics, data science principles, programming languages (SQL, Python, R), and analytics tools.
