What you'll do
Develop and define technical specifications for vehicle sub-systems.
Create and maintain Behavior Technical Specifications (BTS) focusing on customer impact.
Lead Triad Meetings to develop behavioral requirements with stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure software compliance with system requirements.
Support root cause analysis and translate resolutions into new or revised requirements.
Operate in agile development, participating in scrum meetings and ceremonies.
Develop block diagrams using Model Based Systems Engineering principles.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in General Chassis Systems/Vehicle Dynamics/Kinematics.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and independent judgment for complex issues.
Proficiency in ASIL D safety systems and physics-based understanding of customer needs.
Experience with requirements management, simulation environments, and plant modeling tools.
Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and manage projects independently.
Preferred: Masters or PhD in Engineering with emphasis on Controls.
