As Vice President within the Digital Solutions team at BlackRock, you will lead the firm’s AI enablement journey by developing and executing an enterprise-wide AI product strategy for employee experiences. What you'll do
Own and refine the AI product strategy for employee experiences across Microsoft AI and frontier partners.
Translate EDE North Star into prioritized scenarios enabling intent-driven work and agent-based execution.
Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery through global scale, ensuring rigorous governance processes.
Embed Legal, Information Security, Procurement, and HR controls directly into AI product design for responsible AI.
Serve as primary strategic interface with Microsoft and frontier AI partners to shape product direction.
Proven leadership in delivering enterprise-scale AI and digital workplace products.
Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, M365 Copilot, agent frameworks, and automation platforms.
Expertise in product management disciplines including roadmap ownership and cross-functional alignment.
Demonstrated ability to translate enterprise strategy into governed scalable scenarios.
Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, security, and privacy controls in product design.
Experience partnering with Legal, Risk, HR, Architecture, and Security teams for compliant products.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
