  • Knowledge of intelligent automation tools such as Tableau, Python, Alteryx, UI Path.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Ability to lead teams in mapping, analyzing, and redesigning control processes for improved efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct root cause analyses of process failures and develop remediation plans to address control gaps effectively.
