What you'll do
- Embed with teams to drive end-to-end data product onboarding onto DPaaS.
- Develop reusable data product accelerators and custom connectors for structured/unstructured data.
- Act as a technical advisor, enabling partner teams to build platform confidence independently.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate configuration authoring and automate repetitive tasks.
- Provide structured feedback from onboarding experiences to drive platform improvements.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of data engineering or software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-grade solutions.
- Strong understanding of data product concepts including schema design, SLAs, quality frameworks, and governance.
- Experience working with both structured and unstructured data and proficiency in Python.
- Deep familiarity with the Azure ecosystem including Data Lake Storage, Blob Storage, and Snowflake.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with client or partner engineering teams in a client-facing capacity.
- Active user of AI assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or equivalent.
