Vice President, Data & AI Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead and scale data and AI engineering teams rotating across business domains to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Own end-to-end execution of data, AI, and ML solutions from onboarding through certification and deployment.
• Ensure delivery quality, technical rigor, and production reliability for various engineering practices.
• Deploy specialized engineering teams to solve complex business problems rapidly and effectively.
• Oversee the operationalization of data products with standards for data quality, lineage, access control, and audit readiness.

• Extensive experience leading large-scale data and AI engineering organizations in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep hands-on expertise across data engineering, AI engineering, machine learning, and analytics.
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade data and AI solutions that drive real business outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency in modern data and AI stacks, including ML lifecycle management and model deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to deploy and lead elite engineering teams on high-stakes enterprise initiatives.
• Experience operating in a federated environment, partnering with platform, architecture, security, and governance teams.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
