Two years of direct team leadership experience managing and mentoring BI professionals.
Expertise in building BI solutions using Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, or Sigma.
Strong understanding of data visualization, dashboard design, and self-service analytics.
Demonstrated success delivering BI solutions in cloud environments like Databricks.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Experience with Talent Acquisition data analytics, including pipeline metrics.
