What you'll do

Lead anomaly review board investigations for system problem resolution.
Conduct quantitative risk analysis to ensure mission success.
Develop and modify operations procedures based on in-flight performance data.
Provide 24x7 on-call support to resolve critical system issues promptly.
Coordinate maintenance tasks across multiple contractor organizations efficiently.
Perform briefings and demonstrations on mission systems for task-based objectives.
Support configuration control board activities and customer meetings regularly.

What we're looking for

Active or current Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI required.
Minimum 5 years (level 3) or 8 years (level 4) relevant satellite operations experience.
Strong knowledge in satellite engineering disciplines including attitude control, power management, and anomaly resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for external customer presentations.
Proficiency in troubleshooting operational systems and writing technical documents.
Ability to work effectively under high pressure and maintain composure in stressful situations.
