What you'll do

  • Configure and customize Veeva CRM security models, profiles, objects, pages, components, workflows, triggers, flows, permission sets.
  • Develop reusable code and libraries for global harmonization and future reuse in Veeva CRM projects.
  • Coordinate with testing teams to ensure applications/components are fully functional and free of defects.
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations globally.
  • Document Knowledge Base Docs, SOPs, solutions, and guidelines for local and global teams effectively.
  • Ensure continuous integration and deployment processes align with Agile methodologies in Veeva CRM projects.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of IT experience in software development, administration, and support.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Veeva/Vault CRM configuration and minor customization.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and cloud/native application testing standards.
  • 1 year working with Veeva MyInsights or equivalent UIX wireframes.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in problem-solving and communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, IT, or related field.
