Manage implementation efforts of operations platforms and monitor engineering teams to meet milestones.
Lead program execution by planning and reporting status for interdependent projects accurately.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate resolutions for program issues.
Supervise overall roadmap and report potential obstacles such as scope creep or resource shortfalls.
Conduct data analysis to deliver insights for Engineering Managers and enhance decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, operations, and marketing.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in engineering development and project/program management
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to inspire team members and manage multi-functional efforts across technical fields
Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence for planning and capacity management
